During the six weeks I was in Kenya (May 24-July 4), I was working with colleagues from Syracuse University and Kenyatta University on activities through our partnership. We currently have a grant funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Information about the various activities, which included workshops on active learning strategies, visits to secondary and primary schools, a monitoring and evaluation visit from our funding agents, working with teachers and students at schools for the visually impaired, data analysis and research writing, a workshop on multimedia case studies, and a stakeholder meeting, can be found at our blog, ‘Cuse in Kenya.
